Cycle Auction – Terms and Conditions
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING.
THIS IS A CASH ONLY AUCTION.
GOODS ARE STICTLY SOLD AS SEEN.
ALL GOODS MUST BE PAID FOR AND REMOVED ON THE DAY OF THE AUCTION.
PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU HAVE NO MEANS TO PAY AND CANNOT REMOVE THE GOOD BY 5PM AUCTION DAY.
How To Bid At The Auction
1. Register at the sales desk to obtain a bidding number (You cannot bid without one). The Registration fee is £2.00
2. Have a good look at all the items you are interested in. Ensuring that they are suitable for your purpose. Remember the the good are strictly sold as seen.
3. Mark your prospected purchase in the catalogue with the maximum price you are willing to pay. Remember commission is payable on top of the hammer price. (the hammer price is the final, accepted bid. Commission is an extra 15%)
4. When bidding starts on your selected lots, make a bid by raising your number so the Auctioneer can see it.
5. If you are successful the Auctioneer will ask for your bidding number, show you number clearly to avoid mistakes.
6. When you have finished bidding for all the lots you are interested in, go to the sales desk, state your bidding number, pay for the goods you have purchased and obtain a receipt.
7. No goods are allowed to be removed from the building before payment and without a receipt.
8. Porters are available to assist you if required.

Commission
Commission is charged on-top of the hammer price ( the final bid ammount). This is an additional 15%.
Example, Gents cycle sold for £100.00 , plus commision of 15%, Total price to pay £115.00
If you win, go to the sales desk. Show your number, pay for the goods and collect your receipt.
Goods must be removed from the site on the day of the sale.
